Craig Hawkins, Communications Director
Craig manages COSA communications, including public relations programs, advocacy for schools and administrators and the COSA web site. A former Madison Avenue account executive, rural newspaper publisher and school district communications director, Craig has served COSA members since 2004.

Dick Hornaday
Dick is a retired middle school principal. He has been with COSA since 1991. He works for LifeTrack and with the Professional Development Center.

Kent Hunsaker, Executive Director
Kent's career in education includes seven years as a teacher, five years as a building principal and 24 years as superintendent in three school districts. He has served as Executive Director at COSA since July 2003. Kent works with the COSA Board of Directors and the elected leaders of OASE, OASSA, OESPA and OACOA to provide overall direction for the organization. His areas of responsibility include school finance, legal assistance, lobbying and coordinating COSA policy positions.

Carmy Kuntz, Membership Coordinator
Carmy is responsible for membership processing, membership reports, rosters, labels, etc. Carmy has been with COSA since 1999.

Sera Lockwood, Conference Registrar/Administrative Assistant
Sera has been with COSA since 1987. Her areas of responsibility include registration and invoicing for all COSA conferences, including OASC, OMLA, and NWEA; coordination of business partners, exhibits and sponsors for conferences; and support of Students of Merit, COSA Golf Classic, Ellen Stevens Award Luncheon and Legislative Bill Log Subscriptions. Sera serves as administrative assistant to Nancy Moen.

Nancy Moen
Nancy is Program Director for Student Services, which include the Oregon Association of Student Councils and the COSA Scholarships. She also facilitates awards for COSA and all departments, and coordinates COSA elections. Nancy has worked at COSA for 17 years.

Sue Scott, Accounts Receivable
Sue has worked at COSA since 1998. Her responsibilities include receipting and invoicing, and making housing reservations for the National Conventions. Sue also serves as administrative assistant for the Oregon School Personnel Association.

Debbie Sullivan, Budget Manager
Debbie has worked at COSA since the organization's inception in 1974. She has held various positions, including receptionist, membership secretary and accounts receivable. As budget manager, she is responsible for accounts payable, general ledgers and financials for COSA and all its departments.
