The March 3 ODE/COSA Conference for All Administrators will focus on wraparound services for children with complex emotional, behavioral or substance abuse related needs and will feature successful models of collaboration in Oregon. The conference will be held at the Salem Conference Center. Presenters have been selected because of their involvement or their experience with this topic and will share their learning and challenges in breakout sessions. Erinn Kelley-Siel from the Governor’s Office and Co-Chair of the Steering Committee and Rob Horner from the University of Oregon will serve as keynote presenters.
