COSA licensure and degree program gains final approval; courses will begin this fall

The Oregon Office of Degree Authorization (ODA) announced last week that it has completed a review of the CUC-COSA degree and licensure program, and has approved Concordia University Chicago to offer master’s and doctorate degrees in Oregon. The CUC-COSA program has now met every requirement, and is approved to deliver the following degrees and licenses:

IAL – Initial Administrative License
IAL and Master’s – Master of Arts in School Leadership
CAL – Continuing Administrative License
CAL and Doctorate – with continuing licensure that applies toward Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Education Leadership

Most coursework will be completed via a high-quality, interactive online setting. Masters and Doctoral applications and information are now available. The first classes for the initial CUC-COSA cohort will begin August 26. Candidates for other programs may also begin this summer or fall.
