Updated education funding materials, complete with graphs and supporting information, have been developed by COSA and its education partners.  These materials are for use with legislators and other policymakers, parent and community groups, school employees, and other audiences.

This information has been compiled over the past few months and includes graphs and information showing how education's share of the state budget has shrunk, the percentage of school jobs lost in the last two years, how school spending in Oregon has declined compared to the rest of the nation, the steep drop in school spending in Oregon when adjusted for inflation, and more.
