COSA and Parkrose School District are pleased to announce we will be pairing mentors with both first-year superintendents and principals through a grant awarded this month by the Oregon Department of Education.
The Oregon Collaborative Administrator Mentoring Project (OCAMP) is a
statewide collaboration of districts and partners whose goal is to
ensure that Oregon schools have high-quality leaders who impact student
achievement. OCAMP will work with first-year principals and
superintendents to implement research-based practices for increasing
student learning, while developing a statewide mentor training and
support network. OCAMP will be inclusive of first-year principals and
superintendents in Oregon. For more information, please see the FAQs. |
