OEBB OKs increased rates, reduced benefits for 2010-11

The Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) yesterday approved plan design options and rates for 2010-11. In general, these medical/pharmacy insurance options provide lower benefits and increased rates (from 8.26 percent to 28.63 percent) for next year.
