|Session focuses on streamlining behavior interventions|
Serving students' educational needs while reducing required paperwork is the focus of one of 16 compelling breakout sessions at the COSA/ODE Special Education Pre Conference at the Seaside Convention Center June 21. Linn Benton Lincoln ESD Positive Behavior Support project manager Cory Dunn will present ways to streamline Functional Behavioral Asssessments, Behavior Intervention Plans and Behavior IEPs.
Dunn will share how to utilize common links in promoting and encouraging student skill acquisition in assuming responsibility for their academic choices, relationships with peers and adults, and school and classroom expectations.
Dunn is well respected for his work with behavior. His afternoon session will provide practical suggestions to streamline the paperwork and assist in communicating with students, parents and school staff.
