Harrisburg is located in the Mid-Willamette Valley between Eugene and Corvallis. We operate on a 4 day school week with some Fridays.

HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR

Experience Requirements:
● Substantial and successful teaching experience at the secondary school level with a history of improving
student achievement (prior administrative experience preferred but not required)
● Demonstrated leadership capabilities
● Proven management and team building skills
● Expertise in directing extra-curricular activities, collective bargaining agreements, managing budgets,
creating, implementing and enforcing Federal, State, and School District policies, personnel management,
supervision and evaluation techniques and conflict resolution
● Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
● AVID experience preferred (paid training for Summer AVID Institute)
● Professional Learning Communities (PLC) experience; analyzing PLC data in schools for student learning
growth
● Pre-K alignment with primary grades
Education & Qualification Requirements
● Relevant Master’s Degree
● Valid Oregon Administrative Licensure credential
● A passion for improving student achievement
● Proficiency in Curriculum & Instruction, Talented & Gifted Education and/or Special Education

Salary and Benefits
● $87,745-$100,791/yr depending upon prior experience, education and qualifications
● Commensurate health insurance and benefits package
● Four day school week
● 200 day contract
● District paid PERS
