Willamette ESD

Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) Senior Analyst position. Successful candidate will work as a member of The Center for Education Innovation, Evaluation, and Research Department and will follow a 240-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin July 1, 2022.

The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing oversight and coordination of all activities related to externally funded projects within the Center for Education Innovation, Evaluation & Research. The Senior Analyst works with other Center staff as well as partners with education professionals, schools, school districts, state agencies, other ESDs, WESD administrators and staff. The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing content expertise, analysis and create databased decisions around economic impacts, customer needs, and utilization trends. This position is responsible for ensuring the accomplishment of all project timelines, deliverables, goals, objectives, and outcomes. This position will conduct independent analysis of all aspects of program/project evaluations, professional development, technical assistance, report generation and dissemination.

This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) administrative/non-represented position.
Placement on the Willamette ESD administrative/non-represented salary schedule, $96,627- $116,146, will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience, and prorated according to start date. Salary and benefits shown are based upon full-time employment (1.0 FTE) for the entire school year contract period.
Willamette ESD supports payment for health, dental and vision insurance premiums for eligible employees. Employer-paid PERS, holidays, sick leave, and personal days are also provided to eligible employees.
