CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY
Competitive salary commensurate on experience plus a generous benefit plan including stipends for TSA and cell phone. The 2023-24 administrator salary schedule is currently being negotiated. Salary will follow that negotiated schedule.
Work year: 220 days

Provides leadership and technical assistance for the school in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment, evaluation, school improvement, and instructional technology.
Collects and analyzes data, assesses needs, evaluates student progress, and plans strategically to improve student achievement.
Supervise the licensed and classified staff and responsible for the recruiting, screening, hiring, training, assigning and the evaluation of the staff.
Facilitate communication between personnel, students and/or parents for the purpose of evaluating situations, solving problems and/or resolving conflicts.
Delegate authority to responsible personnel to assume responsibility for their assigned areas of supervision.
Manage school administrative functions to maintain safe and efficient school operations within district guidelines.
Develop and evaluate the educational/instructional program to ensure conformance to state and school board standards.
Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality when dealing with student staff and/or parent information.
Actively support and oversee the planning, promotion and evaluation of the student leadership, activity and athletic programs (if applicable).
Initiate and plan inservice orientation and training of licensed and classified staff, with special responsibility for staff administrative procedures and instructions.
A valid State of Oregon Administrative License appropriate for the position or the ability to obtain one.
A Master’s Degree with preferred emphasis in Education.
Successful experience in teaching and/or administration.
