Creswell School District is seeking an Elementary Principal to lead the outstanding staff at Creslane Elementary School and join our team of dedicated and innovative educational leaders.

Responsibilities include leadership in curriculum, instructional and school operation and management, personnel supervision and evaluation, staff development, student supervision and discipline, parent communication, and facilitation of school-level committees.
The successful candidate will be a strong collaborator with the desire, knowledge, and experience to work with diverse populations. In addition, the candidate will be able to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with students, staff, and the community; will demonstrate a passion for student learning; embrace creativity and innovation; commit to ongoing instructional improvement; and make student success a top priority.
Successful classroom teaching or administrative experience at the elementary level is preferred.
Oregon Administrative Licensure or evidence of eligibility
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary range for this position is approximately $92,933-$102,580 (220 day contract) and includes a generous benefits package, including district-paid Public Employees Retirement System contributions.
