Over the coming year, this cohort will meet virtually four times and participate in two site visits to districts. There will also be a culminating meeting at the June COSA Seaside Conference.

• Sept. 30, 11:00 am-noon: Orientation for new member districts superintendents and district leads via Zoom
• Oct. 7, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm: Cohort meeting via Zoom, open to district teams
• Nov. 19, 8:00 am-3:00 pm: Cohort site visit to Phoenix-Talent School District (more information to follow)
• Jan. 13, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm: Cohort meeting via Zoom, open to district teams
• Mar. 10, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm: Cohort meeting via Zoom, open to district teams
• April TBD, 8:00 am-3:00 pm: Site visit to district to be determined
• May 12, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm: Cohort meeting via Zoom, open to district teams
• June 15, 10:00 am-noon: Closing meeting at the Seaside COSA Conference
