Professional learning experience for any assistant principal covering essential leadership skills, administrative responsibilities, instructional leadership, school discipline, teacher evaluation, and leadership strategies.
Provides ongoing support through mentorship, peer networking, and cohort collaboration focused on improving teaching and learning.
Participants develop data-driven decision making skills, learn to foster positive school cultures, and build lasting professional relationships with fellow educators.
Includes attendance at two conferences throughout the year to expand learning and connect with the broader educational leadership community.

In-Person Session Dates:
- October 15, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM | The Graduate Eugene, SPED Conference (complimentary registration)
- June 16, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM | Seaside Convention Center, Seaside Conference

Cancellation Policy:
Failure to cancel 72 hours in advance of event will result in 50% charge of registration fee. No-shows will be charged the full event fee.
