COSA’s Aspiring Superintendent Program equips future district leaders with the knowledge, skills, and network needed to step confidently into the superintendency.  This three-part series includes targeted leadership training, mentorship, and a culminating statewide conference.

** In order to participate, you must be a COSA “Active” member. **

Zoom Session Dates (9:30-11:00 AM):

• December 11, 2025

In-Person Session Date:

• January 26, 2026 | Salem Convention Center (Winter Conference)

Cancellation Policy:
Failure to cancel 72 hours in advance of event will result in 50% charge of registration fee.  No-shows will be charged the full event fee.
