QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Hold an Oregon Teaching License through the Teacher Standards & Practices Commission
Hold a Middle School Math Endorsement.
Must be considered a Highly Qualified teacher by TSPC and/or ODE standards
Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Skilled in assessing, planning, and implementing effective, age-appropriate instruction
Ability to be responsible for the learning environment of assigned students and for supervising assigned teacher assistants and volunteers.
Regular attendance and punctuality
Serve as a role model to students
Maintain a high level of ethical behavior
Familiarity with and following established written standard operating procedures for specific responsibilities of this position
Other duties as assigned
