Are you a collaborative, innovative educational leader? The Estacada School District is searching for a dynamic instructional leader to serve as the next Vice Principal of Estacada Middle School. The position begins July 1, 2024. Posting will remain open until filled.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior teaching experience is required
Prior administrative experience preferred
Master’s Degree
Oregon Administrative License
Criminal Justice fingerprint clearance
Skills to motivate students and staff, communicate with individuals from varied educational and cultural backgrounds, direct personnel, evaluate performance
Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods, state curriculum framework, education laws and regulations, appropriate instructional subjects
Ability to perform a variety of specialized and responsible tasks, maintain records, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, parents, other school personnel, and community members
Meet the District minimum physical requirements, basic skills, and/or health standards for the position

CONTRACT & ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 235-day administrative, one-year probationary contract, renewable by March 15th, 2025.

SALARY: Salary and placement will be in accordance with the District's salary schedule for Administrative employees based on like experience. (Current proposed schedule for 24/25 is $121,053-$137,302.)
