The board is also conducting a community survey that will help determine the leadership characteristics and qualities they are looking for and will guide their decision-making throughout the selection process of their new leader.
Nestled in Oregon's Marion County, the North Marion School District serves the communities of Aurora, Donald, Hubbard, Broadacres, and Butteville. With approximately 1,644 students enrolled across four schools on a single campus in Aurora, North Marion offers a close-knit learning environment with a focus on personalized attention and a mission to learn together to cultivate lifelong growth.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 with a competitive compensation package that is negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
