Position Title: CTE Skilled Trades Instructor/s
Reports to: Building Principal
Work Schedule: Full-time, 4-day school week
Closing Date: Open until filled
Compensation: A full-time position starts at $46,004, with the final salary dependent on experience. Please refer to the CLEA Salary Schedule for full compensation and benefit details.

Central Linn School District is seeking a student-centered CTE Skilled Trades Instructor/s to provide hands-on instruction in construction, automotive technology, and/or welding, while building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues and supporting students in developing technical and workplace skills.

Central Linn School District serves approximately 450 students across two campuses, supporting the communities of Halsey, Brownsville, Shedd, and Peoria in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Our small-town community offers easy access to Corvallis and Eugene (30 minutes) and is within 90 minutes of the Oregon Coast and Cascade Mountains.

Responsibilities include:
Teaching practical, hands-on skills in a shop or lab environment
Emphasizing workplace safety and proper tool use
Supporting student skill development and career exploration
Maintaining an organized and safe learning environment
Collaborating with staff and community partners to support CTE programs
Develop CTE Programs of Study

Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in construction, automotive technology, welding, or a related trade
Ability or willingness to obtain an Oregon CTE Teaching License (TSPC)
Strong communication and mentoring skills
