QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree or higher
Valid Oregon Teaching License through TSPC
Endorsement in Elementary - Multiple Subjects
Ability to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Understand and follow Standards for Competent and Ethical Performance of Oregon Educators

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Actual terms of employment and benefits may vary depending upon ratification of the upcoming TEA Agreement.

Estimated start date - August 2026
1.0 FTE, 190-day contract (191-day for new teachers)
2026/27 Salary Schedule - To be determined
2025/26 school year base salary $47,048 - $87,523 depending on years of teaching experience and college credits as per the TEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
