2022-23 COSA/Oregon Trail Regional Education Network Principals Academy

A professional learning academy exclusively for principals in the counties of Umatilla, Morrow, Union and Baker.  The Coalition of Oregon School Administrators is partnering with the Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network to provide a regional onsite principals academy including:

  • Focus on professional learning that will provide relevant just-in-time information and interactive activities designed to support K-12 principals and other school administrators.
  • Participation includes ongoing mentoring throughout the 2022-23 school year and a monthly one-hour Zoom check-in time.
  • Participation includes registration for the COSA Annual Seaside Conference.
  • Professional support provided by COSA staff.

Principals Academy Registration Fee: $895.00 per participant.
Registration fee will be covered by the Oregon Trail REN.

An additional feature of this year's program is a monthly superintendent/principal workshop covering timely
topics that will be identified throughout the year and facilitated by leaders from the region (see below):
