Objective: To provide second-year Oregon superintendents with an ongoing opportunity to participate in a collaborative learning network focused on leading their districts to student success for ALL students. A complimentary registration is provided to each Academy participant for both the Oregon Law Conference (Dec. 6-8, 2023) and the Winter COSA conference (Jan. 24-26, 2024).

Mentorship Support: Each Academy participant is paired with a skilled mentor.  Every attempt is made to maximize the pairing of the new superintendent and the mentor. The facilitators of the Academy have decades of superintendent experience and are available for support throughout the year.

** In order to participate, you must be a COSA “Active” member. **
