Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this position will start off fully remote with a possibility of returning to a physical office in the future.

What you will do!
As the Labor Liaison, you will help ensure the Early Learning Division can increase the amount of information and coordination between child care providers and workers, unions, and the division as Oregon navigates the COVID-19 pandemic. You will ensure unions such as AFSCME and SEIU and their members are informed of policy changes, gather input and feedback on proposed policy changes, and facilitate meetings with unions, members, and partners.
