Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this position will start off fully remote with a possibility of returning to a physical office in the future.

What you will do!
Our Spark Specialist is responsible for leading the effective implementation, ongoing management, and continuous improvement of Spark, Oregon’s Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS). The Spark Specialist will manage the ongoing implementation and revision of Spark, assuring the engagement of internal and external stakeholders, partner organizations, and birth to five educators and families. This position is responsible for developing and/or coordinating the design of Spark standards, guidelines and improvement plans, requests for proposals, and funding proposals.
