Muddy Creek Charter School is seeking candidates for multiple 1.0 FTE lower Elementary teaching positions. All classrooms have a .5FTE assistant ( full-time assistant for Kindergarten) and small classroom sizes typically less than 20 students.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will hold the appropriate license and endorsement(s) in the State of Oregon and demonstrate knowledge of best practices in teaching.
Responsibilities: Work towards creating a vibrant learning community for our elementary school students. Implement state standards and provide instruction that promotes all skill development, knowledge and reasoning.
Use a variety of assessments to inform instruction and create an environment that maximizes student learning. Model and teach respect with an awareness of diversity and perform other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing excellence for every student so that each will reach their greatest potential.

Benefit Details: Salary Range: $34,608 - $62,606 - depending on education and experience. (These rates will increase as of July 1, 2021.)
