The principal is the instructional leader of our comprehensive K-12 school, responsible for establishing an instructional vision and a focused plan for improving student achievement; monitoring and supervising instruction; evaluating and supporting teachers in improving their instructional practice; creating a community of continuous learning for all staff and students; student discipline; and fostering a culture of high expectations for all students.
Condon is a proud, century-old farming community nestled between miles of rolling, golden wheat fields in Eastern Oregon. We are located on the high plateau of the Columbia River Region — just 38 miles south of the mighty Columbia River, less than 3 hours east of Portland, 2 hours west of Pendleton, and 2.5 hours north of Bend. And we are at the doorstep of the Blue Mountains.
