We are seeking an Early Learning Systems Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 3), for our Salem Office in the Grants and Data team, Early Learning Division at the Oregon Department of Education. This position is full-time, Academic year, represented by the SEIU.

The primary purpose of this Early Learning Systems Analyst (OPA3) position is to provide consultative data-driven policy advice to Early Learning Division leadership on early learning options, policy, and rule gaps identified through the evaluation of related state and federal law, and block grant requirements compared to child care services data derived from multiple internal and external sources. Identify trending issues and develop long-term solutions that mitigate these issues.
