Salary: $60,002 - $71,645 per year

Portland Public Schools is actively seeking a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) - Student Success Programs Supervisor to develop, implement, and support a variety of programs designed to improve the academic, social, and emotional conditions of identified Pre K – 12 students. The MTSS Student Success Programs Supervisor will collaborate with district leadership, parents, caregivers, community agencies, schools, and stakeholders to oversee the program’s effectiveness by developing, preparing, and presenting a variety of program-related presentations, documents, and reports. With the District’s focus on eliminating systemic racism and its adverse impact on student learning, we seek to hire individuals who bring to our district a deep commitment to racial equity and social justice.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Social Work, or related field
- 2 years working with children/adolescents to effect positive academic, social, and/or emotional life-skills or 2 years as a Senior Specialist – Student Support Programs
- Some positions in this classification may require the use of a personal automobile and possession of a valid driver’s license, variable work hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to read, write and speak in a language other than English
