Position: Paraprofessional for students at Klamath Basin Behavioral Health in our 'Long Term Care and Treatment' school program.
Function: To assist teaching staff in the implementation of the educational program for students by providing one-on-one support and small group instruction.
Responsibilities: Carry out individual and small group lessons/activities;
Work 1:1 with assigned student's;
Light classroom cleanup;
Data collection;
Maintain appropriate dress;
Model appropriate social interactions;
Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Associates Degree or pass paraprofessional skills testing prior to employment;
High school diploma/equivalent;
Non-Violent Crisis Prevention Training;
The employee is expected to be dressed and groomed in a neat, clean and appropriate professional manner for the assignment and work setting.
Salary: $12.50 per hour
Schedule: 6 hours per day/5 days per week
