Assistant Principal/Athletic Director

220 Days - 1.0 FTE

Applications will be accepted online until filled.

The successful candidate will be a positive contributor to school climate and culture; supervise and evaluate coaches and athletic programs; supervise evening and weekend athletic activites and events; supervise students and monitor student behavior daily; follow and implement the TRSD Discipline Matrix as well as collaborate with school and district administration.


Holds or will be eligible to hold a Oregon Administrative License by July 2022
Public school teaching experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative Leadership Style
Ability to be part of a team
Knowledge of state standards and benchmarks
Strong curriculum background desired
Demonstrated abilities in program development and evaluation, staff supervision and evaluation, staff development, human relations and management of fiscal and support services
Demonstrated managerial skills in planning, organizing, budgeting and delegating
High ethical and moral standards
Ability to establish positive, professional relationships with staff, students, parents and community
Background and experience with Professional Learning Communities
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Professional Qualifications:

Oregon Administrative License
