The Estacada School District is looking for the next educational leader to serve as Principal of Estacada High School beginning with the 2023/2024 school year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree
Minimum of 2 successful years as an administrator
Holds a valid Oregon Administrator’s license
Commitment to customer service excellence
Understands the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students at the grade level(s) administered.
Possesses knowledge and skills necessary to help teachers implement best instructional and assessment practices.
Has the necessary knowledge and skills to help teachers and staff affect appropriate student behavior.
Possesses functional computer literacy, knowledge of word processing, and an understanding of how computers can assist instruction.
Maintains satisfactory attendance as defined in District policy and regulations
Meet the District minimum physical requirements, basic skills, and/or health standards for the position, including the recent vaccine mandate. SUMMARY: Directs and administers all school operations and activities of a high school including instructional programs, support services, facility and ground operations, custodial/maintenance, student activities and athletics, and community relations activities. Main function is to serve as the building Educational Leader guiding all licensed staff to improve teaching and learning utilizing improvement science methodologies.

$126,609-$143,606 (Starting 23/24, DOE)

Contract July 1, 2023* - June 30, 2024. One-year probationary administrative contract, renewable contract. (Contract begins July 1. June 21-22 are strongly recommended days to attend)
