The Center for Multicultural Academic Excellence at the University of Oregon is seeking applications for a Bridge Programs Coordinator. The Bridge Programs Coordinator implements existing programs and develops new programs that connect students from historically under-represented and underserved communities to academic opportunity and support high achievement and educational attainment. The position is responsible for leading all aspects of the Oregon Young Scholars Program, which prepares students from across the state to attend college. The position also develops and implements programs that provide collaborative opportunities and partnerships with other bridge programs on campus, with primary emphasis on initiatives related to under-represented, underserved, and first-generation students.
