POSITION:
High School Language Arts Teacher - Temporary
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
190‐day contract and other conditions and benefits as set in the job description and master agreement.
SALARY:
$23,986.50 - $46,826.50 depending on experience and education (based on 0.5 FTE)
STARTING DATE:
August 2025
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Oregon teaching license with appropriate endorsements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in education or other acceptable educational training in area of study as required by Oregon license.
Knowledge and understanding of the 21st Century Schools Act.
Knowledge of current educational practices and methods, evaluation techniques, behavior management techniques, and communication techniques.
Prior job-related experience will be considered but not required.
Valid First Aid Card as requested by Principal
