POSITION:
 High School Language Arts Teacher - Temporary

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
 190‐day contract and other conditions and benefits as set in the job description and master agreement.

SALARY:
 $23,986.50 - $46,826.50 depending on experience and education (based on 0.5 FTE)

STARTING DATE:
 August 2025

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 Valid Oregon teaching license with appropriate endorsements
 Bachelor’s or higher degree in education or other acceptable educational training in area of study as required by Oregon license.
 Knowledge and understanding of the 21st Century Schools Act.
 Knowledge of current educational practices and methods, evaluation techniques, behavior management techniques, and communication techniques.
 Prior job-related experience will be considered but not required.
 Valid First Aid Card as requested by Principal
