Provide specially designed instruction to K-3 students in ; knowledge of FBA and behavioral supervision of instructional assistants and serves as a resource for the general education teacher in meeting identified students' needs for special education students, providing methods and material while in the general education setting. Participate in and facilitate the development of individualized education programs (IEPs) for eligible students with disabilities ensuring that each IEP is in compliance with all State and Federal requirements including mandated deadlines. Instruction must support the District Core Values and Mission, meet the need of our diverse student population, and result in measurable learning of identified learning and/or behavioral goals. Provide planning and instruction for Title I ELA and Math programs. Participate in district Title I team. Ability to oversee instructional assistants and serve as a resource for the general education teachers.
