We are seeking an Early Learning Hub Specialist (Program Analyst 4). This permanent, full-time position is located in our Salem, Oregon office.

What you will do!
As our Early Learning Hub Specialist, you plan, coordinate and oversee the annual program of planned training, technical assistance – consultation and coaching – to Oregon’s statewide network of 16 Early Learning Hubs to deepen and strengthen Oregon’s regional early learning systems. You support Early Learning Hubs to build aligned, coordinated and family-centered local systems through which families with young children can easily connect with needed supports and services. You also support Early Learning Hubs to carry out Early Care and Education Sector planning and coordinated enrollment, promoting collaborative problem solving among all Early Learning Hub partner organizations.

What we are looking for:
• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in child development, early childhood education, human development, health education, human services, family support, public health or other related field and five years experience coordinating or administering a program; OR any combination of experience or education equivalent to eight years of experience coordinating or administering a program.
• Experience in planning, delivering and coordinating training and technical assistance for adults.
• Strong understanding and utilization of education equity.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive pedagogy and practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish effective relationships and demonstrate collaborative skills with early learning educators, parents, community stakeholders, tribes, and personnel from partnering institutions and groups.
• Experience working with culturally and individually diverse groups.
• Preference may be given to Bilingual and Bicultural candidates.

* Employees who are Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) participating members will have their base salary increased by 6.95% and pay a 6% employee contribution to PERS; the salary range noted above reflects base salary only.
