The Southern Oregon Education Service District is seeking a collaborative and visionary professional to manage the delivery of multi-tiered systems of mental health and behavior supports for children age birth to 21. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with other SOESD programs, community partners, and service providers to support school districts in creating a set of robust services for enhancing social emotional learning, trauma-informed practices, and direct services for students’ mental and behavioral health.

This position is based in the SOESD main Medford office. The selected candidate will follow a full-time (1.0), 260 day calendar (with 9 paid holidays and 3 paid discretionary days).

Under the direction of the Superintendent and in support of SOESD's mission and core values, the successful candidate will coordinate implementation of on-site intervention programs, training and mentoring for staff, and pro-active universal supports for all students.

SALARY: Per Non-Licensed Administrative salary schedule. $74,117.00 - $98,482.00 annual salary

Salary and Benefits*:
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) Classified position represented by the Oregon School Employees Association.
