The Office of Education Improvement and Innovation (OEII) focuses on creating the conditions that positively impact students, families, and communities. Our programs and practices collectively aim to advance a racially just future for learning whereby each and every Oregon student experiences a sense of belonging, meaningful learning, and academic outcomes that lead to a fulfilling life. We do this by supporting systemic and district change – applying continuous improvement, instructional, and leadership development strategies in collaboration with other state agencies and partners and across ODE.
