The Medford School District has multiple special education teaching positions available for the 2025-26 school year in both resource and self-contained settings at both elementary and secondary levels. $5000.00 signing bonus for new to district special education teachers and a scholarship program (application based) for teachers to get their special education endorsements. SPED Self-Contained Teacher Salary range $65,011-$107,630 (includes self-contained classroom stipend) with additional SPED Stipend $1,415
2 Additional Days paid at Daily rate for a total of 192 days per school year
SPED Resource Teacher Salary range $47,941-$94,122, with additional SPED Stipend $1,415
Caseload Overage Stipend available for SPED Resource (excluding transition to Kinder) for more than 30 students. 31-40 students $750 per month, 41+ students $1,000 per month
