The Inclusive Schools Leadership Collaborative is a professional learning series for superintendents and cabinet level leaders committed to fostering equitable, inclusive environments for every student. Co-led by COSA and West Linn-Wilsonville School District, this network blends practical strategies with peer collaboration and expert insight.  Participation is free for COSA members and designed to support both leadership growth and systems change.

• Learn from Experts - Gain insight from equity-centered leaders shaping inclusive systems across Oregon.
• Collaborate with Peers - Connect with fellow district leaders to problem-solve and share real-world strategies.
• Lead for All - Access tools and practices that foster belonging, access, and opportunity for all students.
