Willamette Education Service District is accepting applications for a full-time (40 hours per week) Early Learning Support Specialist- Mental Health position. This position requires EMH-E or ECMH-E as Family Associate or Family Specialist. Successful candidate will work as a member of the Early Learning Department and will follow a 215-day calendar. This position will be based at the Willamette ESD Marion Center in Salem, OR and will begin as soon as possible upon conclusion of the selection process.
Duties, Responsibilities & Qualifications
The Early Learning Support Specialist-Mental Health works with internal and external partners to support early childhood care and education providers in center and home-based settings. The Early Learning Support Specialist possesses the knowledge and skills to perform essential functions and key responsibilities in an exemplary manner. The Early Learning Support Specialist has the experience and ability to train others in evidence-based inclusive practices across various early learning settings and helps build capacity across the early learning system. Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) Classified position represented by the Oregon School Employees Association.
Placement on the Willamette ESD Classified Salary Schedule Range 22, Step 1-6; ($30.72-$39.20 per hour) will be commensurate with applicant’s qualifications, relevant training and experience. Pay rates shown are based upon 2022-2025 classified bargaining agreement; and are subject to change based upon the outcome of new collective bargaining agreement.
