Willamina School District is seeking a MS/HS TAPP (Tribal Attendance Promising Practices) Family Advocate. This position is a critical role dedicated to breaking down barriers to poor attendance and improving success for Native American/Indigenous students attending our middle and high schools. This position requires a strong commitment to partner with the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, cultural awareness and sensitivity, community engagement and student well-being. This will be a full-time 10 -month position, 184 days, with additional days added if necessary. In addition to the TAPP duties, there will be some grant duties as well for Title VI and data tracking for Impact Aid (Grant). Other duties as assigned.

Qualification- This is a classified position depending on qualifications. Applicants with a related degree will be considered for the certified salary schedule, calendar and days
