The Willamina School District is seeking an Elementary Literacy Coach. The Literacy coach will provide job-embedded professional learning and instructional support to teachers to improve literacy instruction and student achievement. The coach works collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff to strengthen core instruction, intervention practices, and alignment with district literacy goals. This position is non-evaluative and focused on capacity building. Attached is a detailed job description. This is a grant funded position.
Salary will be on a licensed salary schedule. Position closes January 9, 2026.
