Monroe School District is currently seeking applicants for a 2nd Grade Teacher position.
Candidates must hold, or be eligible for, Oregon teaching certificate.
Job Goal: Promotes in a positive manner the educational development of students; this includes academic learning, the enhancement of self-concept, and psychomotor development. Through leadership and teaching skills promote in a positive manner the educational development of students in accepted curriculum areas.
Monroe School District accepts up to 7 years of experience on the salary schedule.
Salary range: $44,048-$55,659 annual (based on the 24-25 CBA), 1.0 FTE, 190 day contract.
Benefits included: $1,500/month toward insurance benefits or TSA (based on the 24-25 CBA). Monroe School District pays 6% PERS benefit. Paid leave includes sick leave as well as paid flexible personal leave.
